Q. What type of items can I sell through you ?
A. Any item of reasonable size that can be listed on auction sites, within their terms and conditions, that will sell for a reasonable amount of money that will cover our fees AND provide you with a lump sum.
Q. How soon can you collect my items ?
A. Normally within 3-5 working days, subject to agreement.
Q. Can I speak to someone directly about the sale of my items ?
A. Yes, just call the above number, and a Fuzzybuttons representative will be happy to discuss your requirements.
Q. When will my item be listed on eBay ?
A. Normally within 7 days of item collection. We cannot specify exactly as there are optimum periods in which to sell certain items.
Q. Why are you offering this service ?
A. Effective selling is a skill. We can leverage our extensive selling experience to enable your items to realise their maximum selling potential. Selling on online auctions sites can be a time consuming process - by providing this service, we take care of the listing, the bidders, the questions, and the shipping, so all YOU have to worry about is what you will spend your profits on!
Q. What experience do you have of selling items ?
A. Our team of representatives have over 10 years of selling experience, and have previously successfully managed many online auction accounts.
Q. How are your charges calculated ?
A. For items up to £5000 we charge a flat rate fee of 20% of the final sold price (not including the P+P costs) plus VAT. For items over £5000 we charge a flat rate fee of 10% of the final sold price (not including the P+P costs) plus VAT. This fee will be deducted from your profits automatically.
Q. How do I get paid for my items ?
A. We will send you a cheque - or if you prefer, we can also deposit money directly into your bank account.
