Cookie UsageWe at Fuzzybuttons respect your privacy. The only cookie we store on your computer is a long number that identifies your basket on our system. Once you checkout and pay, or if you clear your basket manually then this cookie is automatically deleted, otherwise it will expire six months after it was created. We do this because we know that you are all busy people, and sometimes you can't complete your shopping with us in one session. Additionally we do not use any type of tracking cookies such as Google Analytics. If you have any further questions regarding our cookie usage please don't hesitate to contact us.
If you have ordered from us before, or have one of our promotional flyers, cards, or emails, then you should be in possession of a discount code that entitles you to a percentage off your next order. Simply visit the Edit Basket page to apply your discount code.
We currently use My Hermes as our delivery service, as we have found them to be reliable and cost effective. You should expect to receive your order within 5-7 working days. (However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays to your order once it is in transit, sorry.)
We do not currently ship outside of the UK.
We accept payment via all major credit and debit cards. We currently use Paypal to securely process your payment, but a Paypal account is not required to complete checkout. Paypal account holders can pay directly via their Paypal accounts if they prefer. Once you have completed payment, Paypal will forward your delivery address to us so that we can deliver your order. If you have a Paypal account, please ensure that the address you have stored with them is accurate. If you have any queries regarding payment please contact us.
We will refund or replace any items that you are not completely satisfied with within 7 days of receipt as long as the goods are returned in their original packaging, have not been used and are in the same condition as they were received. Postage charges are not refundable except where the goods are faulty. Please contact us before returning any goods so we can resolve the problem promptly.
All products on Fuzzybuttons are sourced from the highest quality suppliers. All our soaps contain natural ingredients and are not tested on animals. In the unlikely case you are not happy with your order please let us know immediately and we'll do our best to put it right!
