Delivery Information

We use Royal Mail as our delivery service. All orders up to 1.2kg in weight will be sent via First Class Packets. Any orders over 1.5kg in weight will be sent via Standard Parcels. You should expect to receive your order within 5 working days. (However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays to your order once it is in transit, sorry.)

We do not currently ship outside of the UK.

Payments

We accept payment via all major credit and debit cards. We currently use Paypal to securely process your payment, but a Paypal account is not required to complete checkout. Paypal account holders can pay directly via their Paypal accounts if they prefer. Once you have completed payment, Paypal will forward your delivery address to us so that we can deliver your order. If you have any queries regarding payment please contact us.

Returns Policy

We will refund or replace any items that you are not completely satisfied with within 7 days of receipt as long as the goods are returned in their original packaging, have not been used and are in the same condition as they were received. Postage charges are not refundable except where the goods are faulty. Please contact us before returning any goods so we can resolve the problem promptly.

All products on Fuzzybuttons are sourced from the highest quality suppliers. All our soaps contain natural ingredients and are not tested on animals. In the unlikely case you are dissatisfied with your order please let us know immediately and we'll do our best to put it right!
